MLG filed the first silicosis case of a stone countertop fabricator in the State of California in 2022 and succeeded in obtaining a $52 million verdict in the first fabricator silicosis case to reach trial in California in August 2025.

MLG has led the silicosis litigation for California fabricators and is currently representing more than 150 California fabricators who suffer from silicosis.
